<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSD, B Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successoro and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of December 18, 19 85 , alii Doc. NO. 85-006269 in the offices
<br />of Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and made by Alan E. Smith and Wanda K. Smith, Husband and Wife
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. Bnd all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />A part of the NJrtheast Q-larter of the Soutl1\~st ~rter of Section 24, Tavn-
<br />ship J I North, Range 10 West of teh 6th P.H., Hall County. Nebraska, described
<br />as follo;vs: Beginning at the mrtheast Comer of the South\\~st QJarter (sw!;;)
<br />of Section 24, Township J I North, Range 10 West, running thence South on the
<br />Easterly line of said Q-larter a distance of 90 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />running thence Sooth a distance of 90 feet, thence running '-lest parallel to
<br />the North line of said ~rter Section a distance of 163 feet; thence running
<br />due North parallel to the East line of said Q-larter Section a distance of 90
<br />feet, thence running due East parallel to the No'rth line of said quarter
<br />Section a distance of 163 feet to the place of beginning.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contGined.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and Means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraska has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its Vice
<br />President and attested by its As.t. S.cretary and its Corporate Seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed the 27th day of October in the year 1987
