<br />ASSIGNHENT OF MORTGAGE - Corporation

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, Q Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of April 6 19 87 as Document #87-101904 in the offices
<br />of Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and made by Robert B. Kieborz & Rochelle I. Kieborz, Husband & Wife
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, titl~
<br />and interest to lhe premises therein described, as follovs, la-wit:

<br />Lot One (1), in Block Three (3), in the Original Town of Doniphan, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Except a Tract of Land More Particularly Described in Warranty Deed
<br />Recorded as Document No. 81-002701 and Quit Clafm Deed Recorded as Document No.
<br />86-107291 in the Register of Deeds Office, in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />Boid party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the proviaions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And the porty of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />soid parly of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />ils name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and lake all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
