<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party o! the first part, in consid~ration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuoble conaideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, B Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, r~ceipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, Bssigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Boaring date

<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, Bnd tske all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, ~nd, in case of p.y.ent, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
