<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
<br />executed by Gerald B. Kluthe and Susan M. Kluthe, Husband and Wife, to
<br />Arend R. Baack , Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of The Overland National Bank of Grand Island the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated November 21 , 19 84 , and
<br />recorded Novenber 27 , 19 84 , in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 84-006212** , has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that. this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises;

<br />Part of Lots Fifteen (15) and Si.'{teen (16), in Block Three (3), in
<br />Fifth Addition to the to\'m of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, described
<br />as beginning at a point 80 feet east of the Northwest corner of
<br />Lot Sixteen (16) in said Block Three (3), thence running East
<br />60 feet thence running south 85 feet; thence running west 60 feet;
<br />thence running north 85 feet to the place of beginning.

<br />September 22, 1986, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instnunent Number 86-105355, and Loan Modification Agreement
<br />dated December 4, 1987, and recorded Decanber 9, 1987 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Nwnber 87-107059.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
