<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the porty of the first part, in coneideration of One Dollar and
<br />olher valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, fSB, n Corporation, the party of the second port, at or before the
<br />enoealing and delivery of these prenents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second port, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing dote
<br />of Hay 28th 1987, as Document f! 87-103134 in the offices
<br />of Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and made by HAry Hargaret HcGowan, a single person & Carlene jo Headrick, a single
<br />person
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />lot 20, Block 2. West Bel-Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. being a part of the West half of the Southeat Quarter of Section 20,
<br />Township 11 North, RAnge 9 West of the 6th P.~.. Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Together wJth lhe note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interesl thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Borne unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its succesoors and asaigno forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.

<br />And the porty of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its nome, or otherwise, but at their own proper costo and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the Baid money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the oame as lhe part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Mortgage, Inc. s corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraoka has coused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its Vice
<br />President and attested by its Asst. Secretary and its Corporate Seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed the 16th day of November in the year 1987 .
