<br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE - Corporation <br /> <br />Q:'\ .f 004 .....0 <br />v () ._->~ ~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a <br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings <br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the <br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set <br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer, <br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its <br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date <br />of August 13th 19 86 as 86-104609 in the offices <br />of Hall County, Nebraska <br />and made by Daniel M. Eddinger and June A. Eddinger, husband and wife <br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title <br />and interest to the premises therein described, as fcllows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The West Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot Nine (9) and the East Forty Seven (47) Feet of Lot <br />Eight (8), Block Eight (8), Morris 5th Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Together with the note therein described, and the aoney due or to become due <br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the saae unto the <br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject <br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained. <br /> <br />And the party of the first part does hereby aake, constitute and appoint the <br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in <br />its naae, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have, <br />use, and take all lawful way. and ..an. for the recovery of the said money and <br />interest, and, in case of payaent, to discharge the saae as the part of the <br />first part aight, or could do, if these present. were not aade. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of <br />Nebraska has caused this Assignaent of Bortgage to be executed by its Vice <br />President and attested by its Asst.
