<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first port, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof io hereby
<br />acknowledged, hao granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, end set
<br />over, and, by these pr~sento, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, tranofer,
<br />transferred, and Bet over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of April 21 19 87 , as Document if 87-l02284 in the offices
<br />of Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and made by Bruce L. and Brabara A. Lundy, husband and wife
<br />to, or currently aooigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. Bnd all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premioes therein deocribed, ao followo, to-wit:

<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including intereot thereon, TO HAVE AHD TO HOLD the Dame unto the
<br />said party of the oecond part, ito-oucceoooro and aooigno forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of oaid INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein conlained.

<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, conotitute and appoin~ the
<br />said party of the second part, its true ond lawful attorney, irrevocabie, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs ond charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in cose of payment, to discharge the Dome as the part of the
<br />first port might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
