<br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE - CorPDration <br /> <br />88_1004d6 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />KNOW ALL nEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior nortgage, Inc. a <br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings <br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the <br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set <br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer, <br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its <br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date <br />of May 23 19 86 , as 86-102706 in the offices <br />of Hall County, Nebraska <br />and made by Charles W. Albright and Joann M. Albright, husband and wife <br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title <br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT SEVENTY-TWO (72) AND THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT SEVENTY-ONE (71) OF <br />BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA OF PART OF THE NW % OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, <br />RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., EXCEPtING THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND <br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN REGISTER OF <br />DEEDS OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NO. 78-007450. <br /> <br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due <br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the <br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject <br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained. <br /> <br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the <br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in <br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have, <br />use, and take all lawful ways and .eans for the recovery of the said money and <br />interest, and, in case of pay.ent, to discharge the same as the part of the <br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior nortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of <br />Nebraska has caused this Assignment of nortgage to be executed by its Vice <br />President and attested by its Asst.
