AFFIDAVIT AS TO JOINT TENANT OWNER 88-100393 I STATE OF NEBRASKA, COUNTY OF HALL: 55. Under oath, I declare: 1. I am the widow of H. Raymond McComb who died on January 16, 1988. 2. At the time of his death, H. Raymond McComb and I, as joint tenants and not as tena"nts in common, owned the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska: The South one-half of the West one-half (5 1/2 W 1/2) of Lot Nine (9), of Vantine's Subdivision, located on a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. 3. All of the property, both real estate and personal property in which my husband, H. Raymond McComb, had an interest, at his death, was owned by him and me as joint tenants and not as tenants in common. 4. The total fair market value of all of the joint tenancy property owned by H. Raymond McComb and me, as joint tenants, at the time of death of H. Raymond McComb, was less than the sum of $600,000.00, and no Form 706 (United States Estate Tax Return) has been or will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service because no United States Estate Tax can be or was assessed as a result of the death of H. Raymond McComb. 5. Since all of the property owned by H. Raymond McComb was owned by him with me as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, H. Raymond McComb had no liability for a Nebraska Estate Tax nor is there any liability because of his death for any Nebraska Inheritance Tax. 6. I am the sole owner of all of the real estate and personal property owned by H.
