<br />KNOW ALL nEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of April 24 19 87, as 87-102359 in the offices
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and aade by William P. Buchta and Nancy M. Buchta, husband and wife
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Block Fourteen (14), in Scraff's Addition to WEst Lawn, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Said Mortgage initially made to First Federal Savings and IDan Associat.ion of
<br />Lincoln and assigned to Superior MOrtgaeg, Inc. by an Assignment of Mortgage
<br />dated April 30, 1987 and filed #87-103700 on June 23, 1987 in the records of
<br />Ha 11 County, Nebraska.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the aoney due or to becoae due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sa.. unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its euccessors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.

<br />And the party of the first part does hereby aake, constitute and appoint the
<br />.aid party of the second part, its tru__ and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its naae, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and aeans for the recovery of the said .oney and
