<br />88.~w 100353 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, on <br />November 3, 1987. <br /> <br />(5) GRANTOR published Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held <br />on January 7, 1988, at 11:30 o'clock A.M., at the Rotunda of the <br />Hall County Courthouse. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, which Notice was published in the The Grand Island <br />Daily Independent, Grand Island, Nebraska, once a week for five <br />(5) consecutive weeks, commencing on November 13, 1987, and <br />ending December 11, 1987. The last publication of Notice was at <br />least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, held on <br />January 7, 1988, and said sale was not later than thirty (30) <br />days after the last publication of Notice. <br /> <br />(6) GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real property at <br />public auction on January 7, 1988, at or about 11:30 o'clock <br />A.M., at the Rotunda of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, in the sum of Thirty-three <br />Thousand Five Hundred and No/lOO ($33.500.00) Dollars, as the <br />highest bid upon said real property.
