<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among William L. Bennett
<br />and Marilyn Bennett, husband and wife and Michael Bennett, a single person . Trustor,
<br />and AMERICAN CHARTER FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />February 14.. 1984 , and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ of the Mortgage Records at Page _,
<br />(Instrument Number R4-000R?1 AND' ) has been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by American
<br />Charter Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary, American Charter Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above
<br />described Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />Railroad Addition and its complement to wit: Fractional Lot Two (2), in
