DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 88-100348 r WHEREAS, the undersigned, William W. Marshall, III, Presi- dent and representative of Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Assoc- iation, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 4, 1985 executed by Timothy A. Kolar and Victoria L. Kolar, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, \vhich was reco'rded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 85-002707, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the rive Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reci ting that the obligation secured by such Deed of Trust has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to t.he following de- scribed real property: A tract of land in Geer Subdivision on the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: Beginning at the South- west (SW) corner of Lot Twenty Seven (27), thence running North- erly along and upon the West line of said Lot for a distance of Twenty-five (25) feet to the actual point of beginning, thence con- tinuing Northerly for a distance of ' One Hundred Eighteen and six tenths feet (118.61) to the southerly boundary line of 20th Street running thence easterly along and upon the southerly boundary line of 20th Street for a ~istance of sixty-six feet (66') thence running southerly along and upon the east line of Lot Twenty Seven (27) for a distance of One Hundred Eighteen and four tenths feet (118.4') thence Westerly for a distance of Sixty-six feet (66') to the place of beginning. .
