<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br /> <br />88-100348 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William W. Marshall, III, Presi- <br />dent and representative of Five Points Bank of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Assoc- <br />iation, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 4, 1985 <br />executed by Timothy A. Kolar and Victoria L. Kolar, Husband <br />and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />\vhich was reco'rded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 85-002707, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the rive Points <br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey <br />reci ting that the obligation secured by such Deed of Trust has <br />been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey <br />the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the <br />provisions of such Deed of Trust and the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate <br />now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to t.he following de- <br />scribed real property: <br /> <br />A tract of land in Geer Subdivision on the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: Beginning at the South- <br />west (SW) corner of Lot Twenty Seven (27), thence running North- <br />erly along and upon the West line of said Lot for a distance of <br />Twenty-five (25) feet to the actual point of beginning, thence con- <br />tinuing Northerly for a distance of ' One Hundred Eighteen and six <br />tenths feet (118.61) to the southerly boundary line of 20th <br />Street running thence easterly along and upon the southerly boundary <br />line of 20th Street for a ~istance of sixty-six feet (66') thence <br />running southerly along and upon the east line of Lot Twenty <br />Seven (27) for a distance of One Hundred Eighteen and four tenths <br />feet (118.4') thence Westerly for a distance of Sixty-six feet <br />(66') to the place of beginning. . <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed <br />of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on January 22, <br />1988. <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK <br />Trustee . <br />By: /tt)djU/h ~t/. j/YU.__"t~? <br />, . ------ / <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me <br />on January 22, 1988 by William W.
