<br />JEFFREY R. GAREY and OOBEI A. GAREY, Husband and Wife, herein called the
<br />Debtor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />herein called the Lender, hereby agree as follows:
<br />
<br />
<br />1. Debtor has executed and delivered to Lender a Note dated May 14, 1987
<br />and secured with a Deed of Trust dated April 7, 1987, and recorded on May 20, 1987,
<br />as Document No. 87--102906 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of a certain Note for $15,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligation of the Debtor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and
<br />accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned
<br />Note, modified and payable in the following manner:

<br />A note dated May 14, 1987, on which a principal balance of
<br />$13,010.62 now remains unpaid, will accrue interest from
<br />Dec~r~er 31, 1987 to J~lUau'y 1S, i988 at ~1 interest rate
<br />of Ten and One-Half percent (10.5%). On January 15, 1988,
<br />the interest rate will be changed to Eleven and One-Half
<br />percent (11. 5%) and will accrue at that rate until the
<br />maturity of the loan on January 9, 1989, when the entire
<br />unpaid principal and interest will be fully due and payable.
<br />
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original Note dated
<br />May 14, 1987 shall remain the same, and this Modification and Extension
<br />Agreement is made a part of the original Note by reference and shall inure to
<br />all successors and assigns and their heirs.
<br />
