<br />KNOW ALL "EN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior "ortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration. to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the aecond part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF "ORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of December II 19 86 , as 86-107129 in the offices
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and aade by Michael W. Christensen and Cindy M. Christensen, husband and wife
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior "art gage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the preaises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />All of Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty Three (23) in Russel \{heeler's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska excepting that part thereof deeded to the Central
<br />Power Company by deed recorded in Book 75, Page 396, of the Official records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the aoney due or to becoae due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the saae unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and as.igns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of .aid INDENTURE OF KORTGAGE therein contained.

<br />And the party of the first part does hereby aake, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the aecond part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its naae, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />us., and take all lawful w.ys and aeans for the recovery of the said aoney and
<br />int.r.st, and, in cas. of payaent, to discharge the sase as the part of the
<br />first part aight, or could do, if these presents were not sade,
