<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in conaideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, F'Sa, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />eneealing and delivery of these preoents, receipt vhereof is hereby
<br />acknovledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, nell, assign, tranaIer,
<br />lransferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second parl, ita
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE or MORTGAGE, Bearing dale
<br />of March 17, 1987 , as Document number 87-101463 in the offices
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and made by Edwin J. Land & Darla N. Land, husband & \.ife, & Nanna D. Richards, a single person,
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot three (3), Block seven (7), in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Together vilh the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, 'TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said perty of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE or MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And lhe party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />ils name, or olherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and toke all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said ~oney and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF', Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraska has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its Vice
<br />President and attested by it. A..t. Secretary and its Corporate Seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed the 17th day of November in the year 19 87.
