<br />Corporation, th. party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable con.ideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings

<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and 8et
