<br />RAYMOND W. BARTUNEK ~nd BETTY L. BARTUNEK, husband and wife,
<br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE AND NO/lOO
<br />DOLLARS ($1.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
<br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto RAYMOND W. BARTUNEK and BETTY L. BARTUNEK, husband
<br />and wife, WILLIAM R. BARTUNEK and NANey L. BARTUNEK, as joint
<br />tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common,
<br />herein called the Grantees, the fOllowing-described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />
<br />Lots Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24),
<br />in Block Three (3), of Second Addition to
<br />Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, a
<br />Subdivision of a part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEINEl) and
<br />a part of Lot Four (4) Mainland, in Section
<br />Twenty-Eight (28), Township Eleven (ll)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the
<br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br />
<br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors
<br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from
<br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants,
<br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record;
<br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />
<br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
<br />
