BARTUNEK, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE AND NO/lOO <br />DOLLARS ($1.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto RAYMOND W. BARTUNEK and BETTY L. BARTUNEK, husband <br />and wife, WILLIAM R. BARTUNEK and NANey L.
