She resides at l523 Windsor Road, Grand Island, Hall eounty, Nebraska. 2. That she is the surviving spouse of Walter E. Papst who died January lO, 1988, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 3. That no estate proceedings for the probate of the Will of Walter E. Papst has been commenced and none is contem- plated~ that he left him surviving as his sole heir-at-law this Affiant, Jessie A. Papst, his surviving spouse. 4. The only property in which Walter E. Papst owned an interest as of the time of his death was property owned by him in joint tenancy with this Affiant, his surviving spouse, and included the following described real estate: Lot Two (2), in Block Four (4), in Normandy Estates, an Additionto the eity of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as l523 Windsor Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. 5. That inasmuch as all property in which the deceden~ owned an interest was owned in joint tenancy with and thereby passed to his surviving spouse, Jessie A. Papst, there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax, Nebraska Estate Tax, nor Federal Estate Tax due or owing in this estate and, inasmuch as the total gross value of taxable assets for Federal Estate Tax pur- poses does not exceed $600,000, no Federal Estate Tax Return need be filed.
