Denman, of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Elvin R. Denman of Rt. #2, Box 111, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead and on my behalf, subject to the, provisions of paragraph 8 hereof, to do and execute any and all of the following acts, deeds and things: 1. To receive, cash and deposit any and all income that I am presently entitled to and may become entitled to in the future.
