ROSS, husband and wife, each in <br />his and he~ own r~ght a~d as spouse ~he other, herein called/ <br />Gra#,nt, rs, ~n cons~derc;U:~on of rr;/ /, "<J.,a....,A;r~ ~........ f)~Lc.a~_ <br />2f- 1-~ /~~ ~iCJ 7 7 '3%", , receipt of whi h is hereby <br />acknowle ged, her y g ant and convey unto the <br /> <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way <br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and <br />remove publi.c utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary <br />sewers, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances <br />necessary for the operation and maintenance upon, in, above, and <br />through a tract of land located in part of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE 1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall eounty, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Eight (8) of <br />the Ross-Heights Second Subdivision; thence running <br />westerly along the North line of said subdivision for a <br />distance of eight (8) feet; thence running northerly <br />along a line eight (8) feet West of and parallel to the <br />West line of the Ross-Theasmeyer Subdivision to the <br />South right-of-way line of Nebraska Highway No.2; <br />thence running southeasterly along the said <br />right-of-way line to the Northwest corner of Lot One <br />(l) of the Ross-Theasmeyer Subdivision; thence running <br />southerly along the West line of the Ross-Theasmeyer <br />Subdivision to the point of beginning at the North- <br />east corner of Lot Eight (8) of the Ross-Heights Second <br />subdivision, said tract containing 6,323 square feet <br />(0.l45 acre), more or less, all as shown on the plat <br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference; <br /> <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress <br />and egress under and across such land for the purpose of <br />exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of <br />trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of <br />such tract.
