<br />You are hereby notified that on the ;Q9 - day of
<br />January, 1988, The Equitable Building and Loan Association, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against Veronica C.
<br />McWilliams and Michael L. McWilliams, her husband, Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage
<br />of $22,404.19, plus accruing interest thereon at $5.05 per diem,
<br />commencing January 20, 1988, on the following described real
<br />estate, to-wit:

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />given by the Defendants Veronica C. McWilliams and Michael L.
<br />McWilliams, her husband, on the 23rd day of June, 1976, to the
<br />Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />June 25, 1976, and duly recorded as Document No. 76-003421 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of said county thereof, and subsequently
<br />assigned to the Plaintiff.
<br />
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $22,404.19 on said
<br />mortgage, plus interest thereon at $5.05 per diem commencing
<br />January 20, 1988, and the Bond it was given to secure, and it
<br />prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy
<br />the amount found due on its mortgage and interest and costs of
<br />that action.
