At the time of his death, Robert L. Burmood and t, as joint tenants, owned the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska: South Sixteen (16) feet Lot Twelve (12) and the North Forty (40) foot Lot Fourteen (14), Block Three (3), University Place, City of Grand Island, Nebraska. 3. All of the property, both real estate and personal property in which my husband, Robert L. Burmood, had an interest, at his death, was owned by him and me as joint tenants and not as tenants in common. 4. The total fair market value of all of the joint tenancy property owned by Robert L. Burmood and me, as joint tenants, at the time of death of Robert L. Burmood, was less than the sum of $600,000.00, and no Form 706 (United States Estate Tax Return) has been or will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service because no United States Estate Tax can be or was assessed as a result of the death of Robert L. Burmood. 5. Since all of the property owned by Robert L. Burmood was owned by him with me as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, Robert L. Burmood had no liability for a Nebraska Estate Tax no~ is there any liability because of his death for any Nebraska Inheritance Tax. 6. I am the sole owner of all of the real estate and personal property owned by Robert L.
