<br />The undersigned, ARBND R. BAACK, ~ttorney at Law, Trustee
<br />under a certain Deed or Trust, dated June 6, 1~8~, wherein
<br />Wilburn F. Burton and Gladys E. Burton, husband and wife, were
<br />the Trustors, 'which was filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 6, 1985, as
<br />Document No. 85-002702, and contains as the trust property the
<br />following-described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3) Holcomb' s Highway Homes, a
<br />Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (NE!NE!) and a part of Lot
<br />Four (4), Mainland all in Section Twenty-Eight
<br />(28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br />nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br />including all such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, includ-
<br />ing replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br />a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to
<br />as the "Property";

<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason
<br />that the said Trustors have failed to make the payments of
<br />principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects
<br />to sell or cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the
<br />obligations of that certain Note dated June 6, 1985, owing from
<br />Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, pursuant to the terms of
<br />the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
