<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED UNDER ORDER OF SALE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, by decree of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />entered on the 13th day of October, 1987, in a cause pending in said
<br />Court wherein The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, a corporation, is Plaintiff, and Jerald A. Myers and Ruby
<br />M. Myers, husband' and wife, et al., are Defendants, Appearance Docket
<br />93, Page 020, the undersigned, the Master Commissioner, was commanded
<br />to sell the real estate hereinafter described at public sale in the
<br />event redemption was not made as provided by said Decree-~ and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, no redemption having been made, the undersigned proceeded
<br />to sell the real estate hereinafter described at public sale to the
<br />grantee hereinafter named~ and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of Court on the 4th day
<br />of January, 1988~ and the undersigned ordered and directed to convey
<br />the real estate hereinafter described to the purchaser.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Thirty-one Thousand
<br />Seven Hundred Dollars ($31,700.00) bid and paid by the grantee, the
<br />undersigned does hereby grant, sell and convey to the said THE EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, a corporation, its
<br />successors and assigns forever, the premises as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The Southerly Ninety-two (92) Feet of Lot Eight
<br />(8), in Block One Hundred Twenty-six (126), Koenig
<br />and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said grantee, its
<br />and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />WITNESS my hand as Master
