<br />requested in writing that this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as
<br />to such premises:

<br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, known as #26 Kuester's Lake and also
<br />known as Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), situated on the West Side of
<br />the West Portion of Kuester Lake and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E~SW\) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly described
<br />as follows: With reference to the center of said Section 13, thence running on
<br />an assumed bearing of N 90 degrees 00'00" W on the North Line of said NEl:iSW~ a
<br />distance of 699.12 feet, thence running S 01 degrees, 29'33" E a distance of
<br />39.24 feet; thence running S 84 degrees, 49'41" W a distance of 49.45 feet to the
<br />ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continuing S 84 degrees 49'41" W a distance of
<br />183.56 feet; thence S 14 degrees 34'02" E a distance of 118.93 feet; thence N 89
<br />degrees 58'27" E a distance of 59.82 feet; tjence S 74 degrees 14'13" E a distance
<br />of 91.35 feet; thence N 01 degrees 53'35" E a distance of 156.53 feet to the
