I" 88- 100076 STATE OF NEBRASKA AFFIDAVIT TO CLEAR TITLE ss. COUNTY OF HALL Ruth E. Rugg, being first duly sworn on her oath, deposes and says: I. She resides at 307 East 14th street, Grand I$land, Hall County, Nebraska. 2. She is the surv~v~ng spouse of Gerald R. Rugg, who died in Hall County, Nebraska, on January 2, 1988, and at the time of his death, he, too, was a resident at the above address. 3. No proceeds for administration of the Estate of Gerald R. Rugg has been commenced, and none is contemplated. 4. The only property in which Gerald R. Rugg had an interest at the time of his death was property owned in joint tenancy by him with his surviving spouse, this Affiant, Ruth E. Rugg. Such property included the fOllowing-described residential real estate, which was the home premises of this Affiant and her deceased husband, and is described as follows: Lot Four (4), in Block Sixty-Eight (68), in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as 307 East 14th Street, in Grand Island, Nebraska. 5. Inasmuch as all assets in which the Decedent bad an interest passed by joint tenancy to his surviving spouse, this Affiant, there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax owing by the said Ruth E. Rugg with respect to the estate of Gerald R. Rugg. In addition, the total value of the taxable assets of the Decedent for Federal Estate Tax purposes does not equal nor exceed $600,000, and no Federal Estate Tax Return need be filed.
