The city of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on November 23, 1987, enacted Ordinance Nd. 7426 <br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below <br />and the manner and terms thereof. <br /> <br />2. Ordinance No. 7426 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for bhree consecutive <br />weeks, on December 1, December 7, and December 14, 1987, all as <br />required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended. <br /> <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance <br />No. 7426. <br /> <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7426 provides that if no <br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk-Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to <br />GARY C. ROSENBACH and SUSAN J. ROSENBACH a deed for said real <br />estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized <br />without further action on behalf of the City Council. <br /> <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor,. in <br />consideration of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) received from <br />the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and <br />confirm unto <br /> <br />GARY C. ROSENBACH and SUSAN J.
