<br />You are hereby notif ied that on the 1/- day of
<br />December, 1987, The Equitable Building and Loan Association, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against K. Shawn Meyers
<br />and Linda K. Meyers, husband and wife; First American Title
<br />Insurance Co., Trustee and Security Pacific Finance corporation,
<br />Beneficiary, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />foreclose a certain mortgage of $37,449.97, plus accruing
<br />interest thereon at $8.99 per diem, commencing December 10, 1987,
<br />on the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The Northerly Fifty-One and Three Tenths (51.3) Feet of
<br />the Westerly One Hundred Forty-Eight and Five Tenths
<br />(148.5) Feet of Lot Five (5), in Vantine's Subdivision
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />given by the Defendants K. Shawn Meyers and Linda K. Meyers,
<br />husband and wife, on the 28th day of April, 1986 to the
<br />Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />April 28, 1986, as Document No. 86-102071.
<br />
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $37,449.97 on said
<br />mortgage, plus interest thereon at $8.99 per diem commencing
<br />December 10, 1987, and the Mortgage Note it was given to secure,
<br />and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to
<br />satisfy the amount found due on its mortgage and interest and
<br />costs of that action.
