Shawn Meyers <br />and Linda K. Meyers, husband and wife; First American Title <br />Insurance Co., Trustee and Security Pacific Finance corporation, <br />Beneficiary, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to <br />foreclose a certain mortgage of $37,449.97, plus accruing <br />interest thereon at $8.99 per diem, commencing December 10, 1987, <br />on the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Northerly Fifty-One and Three Tenths (51.3) Feet of <br />the Westerly One Hundred Forty-Eight and Five Tenths <br />(148.5) Feet of Lot Five (5), in Vantine's Subdivision <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />given by the Defendants K. Shawn Meyers and Linda K.
