88-100024 I The Trustee shall be entitled to reimbursement for all expenses incurred by him in the perfo:"mance of his duties, and shall be enti tled to reasonable compensation for such of hi s services as shall be rendered. ,L,RTICLE V ],jI SCELLANEOUS SECTION 5.1 Severability. In the event anyone or more of the provisions contained in this Deed of Trust shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall, at the option of Beneficiary, not affect any other provision of this Deed of Trust, but this Deed of Trust shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein or therein. The invalidity of any provision of this Deed of Trust in anyone jurisdiction shall not affect or impair in any manner the validity of such provision in any other jurisdiction. SECTION 5.2 Notices. All notices, demands, instruc- tions and other communications required or permitted to be given to or made upon any party "a;r,ed herein shall be in writing and shall be personally delivered or sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or by a reputable courier delivery service, or by prepaid telex, TWX or telegram (with messenger delivery specified in the case of a telegram), or by telecopier, and shall be deemed to be given for purposes of this Deed of Trust on the day that such writing is delivered or sent to the intended recipient thereof in accordance with the provisions of this Section 5.2. Unless otherwise specified in a notice sent or delivered in accordance with the foregoing provi- sions of this Section 5.2, notices, demands, instructions and other communications in writing shall be given to or made upon the respective parties named herein at their respective addresses (or to their respective telex, TVIX or telecopier numbers) indicated below: (i) If to Mortgagor: Elliot Supply, Inc. 4301 Industrial Avenue Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 with a copy to: David R.
