J 88- 100020 limitation, the Trustee shall not be responsible for the execu- tion, acknowledgment, or validity of this Deed of Trust, or of any instrument amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto or of the Note or of any other Indebtedness, or for the sufficiency of the securi ty purported to be created hereby. The Trustee shall not incur any personal liability hereunder except for his own willful neglect, gross negligence, or default; and the Trustee shall have the right to rely on any instrument, document, or signature authorizing or supporting any action taken or proposed to be taken by him hereunder, believed by him in good faith to be genuine. The Trustee shall be entitled to reimbursement for all expenses incurred by him in the perful'lnance of hi s duties, and shall be enti tIed to reasonable compensation for such of his services as shall be rendered. ARTICLE V r.II SCELL?NEOUS SECTION 5.1 Severabi Ii ty. In the event anyone or more of the provisions contained in thi s Deed of Trust shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall, at the option of Beneficiary, not affect any other provision of this Deed of Trust, but this Deed of Trust shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein or therein. The invalidity of any provision of this Deed of Trust in an:; one jurisdiction shall not affect or impair in any manner the validity of such provision in any other jurisdiction. SECTION 5.2 Notices. All notices, demands, instruc- tions and other communications required or permitted to be given to or made upon any party named herein shall be in writing and shall be personally delivered or sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or by a reputable courier delivery service, or by prepaid telex, TWX or telegram (with messenger delivery specified in the case of a telegram), or by telecopier, and shall be deemed to be given for purposes of this Deed of Trust on the day that such writing is delivered or sent to the intended recipient thereof in accordance with the provisions of this Section 5.2.
