<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jerry D
<br />O'Brien and Peggy A O'Brien to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee
<br />and Beneficiary, dated January 28, 2000, and recorded January 31, 2000 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200000838, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
