<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated June 4,2001, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, June 6, 2001 as Instrument No.200105395 ofthe Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Niekie J. Kallos and Rosie K. Kallos, Husband and Wife, were identified
<br />as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;

<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, 1, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated June 4,2001, filed forrecord with the Register of Dceds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />June 6,2001, as Instrument No. 200105395, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of Thirty-Five Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($35,000.00), as credit against the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial
