<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ;.1t.baay of February, 2007, CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Robert 1.
<br />Poe and Judy A. Poe, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Robert 1. Poe and Judy A. Poe, husband and
<br />wife, to Service Link, as Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />acting solely as Nominee for Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any
<br />interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain
<br />an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated July
<br />24,2001, and was recorded on August 7, 2001, as Instrument Number 0200107849 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
