<br />1. That JANET REASOR, NORMA J. JACOBS, Trustee, TRUDY JACOBS, BRADRICK
<br />REASOR, SHAWN REASOR now known as SHAWN CHAPMAN, and BRADLEY C. AUGUSTIN and
<br />MARY 1. BREETZKE-AUGUSTIN, husband wand wife, are the owners and current possessors of the following
<br />described real estate:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and all of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW/4), all being in Section Thirty-five (35), Township Nine (9)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW/4); thence running easterly, along and upon the south line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW/4), a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-one and Fifty-three
<br />Hundredths feet (2,641.53') to the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4);
<br />thence deflecting left 90015' 10" and running northerly, along and upon the east line of
<br />said Southwest Quarter (SW/4) and the east line of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4), a
<br />distance of Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-five and Seventy-one Hundredths feet
<br />(3,495.71 '); thence deflecting left 89013'50" and running westerly, a distance of Two
<br />Thousand Six Hundred Forty-five and Thirty-three Hundredths feet (2,645.33') to a point
<br />on the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4); thence deflecting left 90050'12" and
<br />running southerly, along and upon the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4), a
<br />distance of Eight Hundred Fifty-six and Eighty-six Hundredths feet (856.86') to the
<br />northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4); thence deflecting right 00000'42"
<br />and running southerly, along and upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4), a
<br />distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-two and Seventy-three Hundredths feet
<br />(2,662,73') to the point of beginning and containing 212.844 acres, more or less, of
<br />which, 4.642 acres, more or less, is presently occupied by public road right-of-way.

<br />2. That on July 17, 1952, an Oil and Gas Lease to Guy J. Cope was recorded in Book Q, Page 115 in
<br />the records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Oil and Gas Lease states that the "lease shall remain in full force for a
<br />term of Five years from th is date, and as long thereafter as oil or gas, or either of them" are produced.
<br />
<br />3. That he has farmed the property for the past 8 years there has never been any exploration for or
<br />production of oil, gas or other minerals upon said premises and no delay rentals have been received by the
<br />undersigned as owner.
