That on July 17, 1952, an Oil and Gas Lease to Guy J. Cope was recorded in Book Q, Page 115 in <br />the records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Oil and Gas Lease states that the "lease shall remain in full force for a <br />term of Five years from this date, and as long thereafter as oil or gas, or either of them" are produced. <br /> <br />3.
