<br />NELLIE MAXINE LUTHER NUNNENKAMP, and HELEN J. MADDOX and JERRY E.
<br />MADDOX, Trustees of the Testamentary Trust created in Paragraph 8 of the
<br />probated last Will of C. Ralph Maddox, also known as Ralph Maddox,
<br />Deceased, and HELEN J. MADDOX, widow of C. Ralph Maddox, also known as
<br />Ralph Maddox, Deceased, in consideration of payment of the Purchase Money
<br />Real Estate Mortga~e executed by Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green,
<br />husband and wife, MORTGAGORS, to NELLIE MAXINE LUTHER NUNNENKAMP and RALPH
<br />MADDOX, MORTGAGEES, on October 3, 1977, and recorded on October 7, 1977, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebra,ska, as Document
<br />No. 77-005860, given as security for the payment of the debt described in
<br />the Mortgage, encumbering the following described real estate located in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />A strip of land off the east side of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 NE 1/4) and Lot Two (2) on Island, in
<br />Section Thirteen (13), running south to north through said
<br />premises with parallel wide Twenty-Six and One Half (26 1/2) Rods
<br />wide, containing about Twenty-Three and Two Third (23 2/3) Acres,
<br />all in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/4) of
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />release and discharge the Mortgage acknowledging payment in full of the
<br />debt secured by the Mortgage.

<br />LeRoy Nunnenkamp, husband of Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp, and Helen J.
<br />Maddox, widow of C. Ralph Maddox, also known as Ralph Maddox, Deceased,
<br />join in executing and delivering this Release of Mortgage for binding their
<br />statutory interests in the real estate.
