Sautter, as Defendants, the object and prayer of said Petition being to foreclose a real estate mortgage held by Plaintiff on the following described property, to wit: Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Thirty six (136) of the Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. \'o1hich mortgage was given by the said lHlliam John Sautter and Sandra A. Sautter in favor of Superior Hortgage Company on July 29, 1983 and subsequently assigned to Norwest Mortgage Company on August 5, 1983. The assignment of mortgage \'o1as subsequently assigned to The Lomas & Nettleton Company on February 28, 1985. Said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 5, 1983, as Document No. 83-004156, and the assignment thereof was recorded in said office on September 1, 1983 as Document No. 83-004671 and the assignment thereof recorded in said office on September 3, 1985 as Document No. 85-004278 of the Mortgage Records. Plaintiff is now praying for the sale of the above described property for the purpose of satisfying its costs of suit and the amount found due pursuant to its mortgage.
