<br />DOLLAR ($1.00) AND THE CREATION OF JOINT TENANCY OWNERSHIP, convey
<br />the real estate described as:

<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW!:o) of Section Twenty-Seven (27),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />to the Grantees, as follows:

<br />1. An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to. the above
<br />described real property to GEORGE UDEN and CORA E. UDEN,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants not tenants in common;
<br />
<br />2. An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to the above
<br />described property to ROBERT UDEN and THE~lA G. UDEN, hus-
<br />band and wife, as joint tenants not tenants in c~~on;
<br />
<br />3. An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to the above
<br />described real property to DONALD UDEN and GERALDINE E.
<br />UDEN, husband and wif~, as joint tenants not tenants in
<br />common.

<br />Grantors covenant, jointly and severally, with the Grantees
<br />that Grantors:
<br />
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that the same
<br />is free from encumbrances;
<br />
<br />(2) have legal power and authority to convey the same:
<br />
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real property
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
