The easement <br /> <br />herein granted is intended to give unto Grantee, its successors, <br /> <br />assigns, tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in cornmon <br /> <br />with all others having like right, the permission to use said <br /> <br />westerly 126 feet for parking and for purposes of ingress and <br /> <br />egress to the Benefitted Property for all purposes connected with <br /> <br />the use and enjoyment of the Benefitted Property and shall <br /> <br />include the right to construct, reconstruct and maintain, at no <br /> <br />cost to Grantors, any necessary bridge for purposes of such <br /> <br />ingress and egress.
