<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE
<br />
<br />Michael F. Coyle, Trustee, does hereby grant and convey
<br />without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the
<br />Administrator of Veterans Affairs, his successors and assigns t
<br />(hereinafter called "Grantee") the following described property:
<br />
<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above-described property unto
<br />the Grantee, its successors and assigns.
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the pmolers con-
<br />ferred upon said Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />October 25, 1982, executed by Edison C. Satterly, Jr. and Dinah
<br />Satterly, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Stewart Title Guaranty
<br />Company, as Trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary,
<br />recorded October 26, 1982, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 82-004629 of the
<br />Mortgage Records, to secure payment of one certain promissory
<br />note in the original sum of $28,000.00, and interest, as therein
<br />provided.

<br />On July 1, 1987, the Lomas & Nettleton Company, duly
<br />executed a Substitution of Trustee, removing Stewart Title
<br />Guaranty Company as original trustee and appointing l-lichael F.
<br />Coyle as successor trustee, which substitution of trustee was
<br />recorded in the office of Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 23, 1987, at Document Number 87-105650.
<br />Said notice of Substitution of Trustee was sent by certified mail
<br />to all interested parties on August 4, 1987.

<br />On November 4, 1982, Superior l'lortgage, Inc., duly
<br />executed a written assignment of the Deed of Trust to Banco
<br />Mortgage Company, in regular course of business and for a valu-
<br />able consideration, which assignment of Deed of Trust was re-
<br />corded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on November 12, 1982, as Document Number 82-004834.
<br />
<br />On February 28, 1985, Banco Mortgage Company, executed
<br />an assignment of Trust Deed assigning said Deed of Trust to the
<br />Lomas & Nettleton Company, removing Banco Mortgage Company as
<br />Trustee and substituting the Lomas & Nettleton Company as
<br />Trustee. Said assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />October 21, 1985, at Document Number 85-005230.
<br />
<br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of
<br />Trust and the obligations secured thereby, as more particularly
<br />set forth in the Notice of Default recorded on October 9, 1987,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document Number 87-105959 of the Miscellaneous Records.

<br />On October 8, 1987, copies of the Notice of Default,
<br />with the recording data shown thereon, were mailed to the
<br />Trustor, and all other interested parties by certified mail,
<br />return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses shown
<br />in the Affidavit recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />for Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-105959 of the
<br />Miscellaneous Records.
<br />
<br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month,
<br />Michael F. Coyle, Trustee, in consequence of the Notice of
<br />Default, and in compliance with the terms of the Deed of Trust
<br />did execute a Notice of Trustee's Sale, stating that the above-
