Hohnholt and Maxine P. Hohnholt, husband and wife, on the 17th day of October, 1980, to Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island, and that said Mortgage was duly filed for record ~n the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of October, 1980, as Document No. 80-005926. said Mortgage was assigned to the Plaintiff herein for valuable consideration on December 30, 1981. Plaintiff claims there is now due Twenty-One Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Six and 91/100 Dollars ($21,196.91) in principal, plus accumulated interest on said Mortgage Note and the Mortgage dated February 10, 1976, and the sum of One Thousand six Hundred Eighty-One and 50/100 Dollars ($1,681. 50) in principal, plus accumulated interest, on the Mortgage Note and Mortgage dated October 17, 1980, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts found due on the Mortgages, together with interest, costs and expenses of suit and to foreclose the said Defendants from all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to -2- , ' L" .
