II <br /> <br /> <br />. 0 E C 2 2 1981 <br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED <br /> <br />:$~"'rJfeu . <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Whereas, In an actlon <br />in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the <br />State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein The <br />Bell Federal Savings & Loan Association is Plaintiff and Donald <br />W. Shirley and Deborah A. Shirley, Husband and Wife, et al. are <br />Defendants, The Bell Federal Savings & Loan Association did ob- <br />tain a Decree finding that there is due from Donald W. Shirley <br />and Deborah A. Shirley, Husband and Wife, to The Bell Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association the sum of Thirteen Thousand Nine <br />Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($13,993.13), <br />and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in said action <br />that in default of payment of the sum so found due by the said <br />Donald W. Shirley and Deborah A. Shirley, Husband and Wife, that <br />the Court, pursuant to Amended Section 25-2144 of the Revised <br />Statutes of the State of Nebraska, did on or about September 16, <br />1987, appoint Philip M. Martin, Jr. Master Commissioner and order <br />him to cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be <br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and whereas, <br />default having been made therein, the said Philip M. Martin, Jr., <br />Master Commissioner, under and by virtue of said Decree and the <br />Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on the 20th day of October, <br />1987, at the lower lobby of the Courthouse in the City of Grand <br />Island and said County of Hall, having first given due and legal <br />notice of the time and place of said sale by said publication <br />once in each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation <br />in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to <br />GARY E. VALASEK for the sum of ~~enty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred <br />Twenty Dollars ($23,820.00), which sale was aften~ard examined and <br />confirmed by said Court and the said Philip M. Martin, Jr. ordered <br />to convey the premises in fee simple to GARY E. VALASEK. <br /> <br />87- <br /> <br />107281 <br /> <br />j. <br /> <br /> <br />The Westerly Sixty Feet (60') of Lot Eleven (11) <br />in Block Five (5) in Westerhoff's First Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />except the Southerly Thirty Feet (30') thereof deeded <br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Philip M. ~mrtin, Jr., Master Commissioner, <br />in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers <br />vested in me and the decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant <br />and convey to GARY E. VALASEK, his heirs and assigns, the premises <br />so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SA~m unto the said GARY E.
