I I 107273 PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORT~~ The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska banking corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska with its principal office at Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, for valuable consideration. the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases the property situated in Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: A tract of land comprlslng the Southerly One Hundred (100.0) Feet of the Easterly One Hundred Thirty Three (133.0) Feet of the Southeast Quarter of the North- east Quarter (SE1/4 NE1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska from the mortgage given on that property and other property as recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 87- 101355, given as security for payment of obligations owed by Larry A. Hadenfeldt and Peggy Ann Hadenfeldt, husband and wife. Addi- tionally and in consideration of such payment, such corporation hereby remises, releases, and forever quit claims to Larry A. Hadenfeldt and Peggy Ann Hadenfeldt, husband and wife, and to the successors and assigns of said mortgagors, the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenan- ces thereto belonging, but it is expressly stipulated and agreed that the mortgage is and shall be in full force and effect as against all property described therein except the parcel or parcels herein released.
