The undersigned, ANTHONY E. GRIESMAN and FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A Corporation, do hereby agree that the Mortgage from Mark J. <br />Griesman, a single person and mortgagor, to said AnthonyE. <br />Griesman, mortgagee, dated August 11, 1982 and recorded on <br />August 11, 1982 in the office of the Register of Deeds for <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-003395 shall be <br />subordinate and subject to a Mortgage from Mark J. Griesman <br />and Rita M. Griesman, husband and and wife and mortgagors, <br />to said Five Points Bank, a corporation and mortgagee, to be <br />hereafter made and recorded with respect to the following <br />described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), in Griesman Subdivision, an Addition to <br />he City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />This Subordination Agreement in favor of the Five Points <br />Bank shall be limited to a debt not to exceed $15,000.00 principal, <br />plus unpaid, accrued interest and such other sums as are <br />permitted to be charged to the mortgagees by the terms of <br />the mortgage and notes to Five Points Bank, the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska and the united States of America. <br /> <br />Dated: December~, 1987. <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, A Corporation, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />---.... <br /> <br />'1--V: <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) 55. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />The foregoing Subordination Agreement was executed before me <br />on December ~, 1987, by Anthony E.
