<br />20. ASlllIftment 01 Rents; Appointment 01 Receiver; Lender In PoaaeSllon. As additional security hereunder, Borrower
<br />hereby assigns to Lender the rents of the Proper1'j, provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 18
<br />hereof or abandonment of the Properly, have the right to collect and retain such rents ail they become due and payable.
<br />Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the properly, Lender, in person, by agent or by judicially
<br />appointed receiver, shall be entitled to enter upon,take possession of and manage the Properly and to collecllhe rents ofthe
<br />Properly including those past due. AU rents collected by Lender of the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
<br />management of the Properly and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, reciever's fee's, premiums on receiver's
<br />bonds and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Deed of Trust. Lender and the receiver shall be
<br />liable to account only for those. rents actually received.
<br />21. Future Advanc... Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full reconveyance of the Properly by
<br />Trustee to Borrower, may make. FutureAdvances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interesllhereon, shall be secured
<br />by this Deed of Trust when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the
<br />principal amountofthe indebtedness secured by this Deed oITrus!, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to
<br />protect the security of this Deed of Trust, exceed the original amount of the Note plus US $ -0-
<br />22. Recanveyanee. Upon payment 01 all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, Lender shall request TrU!ltee to reconvey the
<br />Properly and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and all notes evidencing indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust to
<br />Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Properly without warranty and without charge to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto. Such person or persons shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
<br />23.Subathlite Trust... Lender, at Lender's option. may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a successor trustee
<br />to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trustis recorded. Without
<br />conveyance ofthe Properly, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the title, power and duties conferred upon the Trustee
<br />herein and by applicable law.
<br />24. Rl!qunt for NoDeea, Borrower requests that copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be sent to Borrower's
<br />address which is the Properly Address.
