<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That, Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the
<br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and
<br />for the County of Hall, wherein Homestead Savings, a federal
<br />savings and loan, is Plaintiff, and Kevin D. Iliff and Kristi A.
<br />Iliff, Husband and Wife, et al., are Defendants, at the January
<br />1st Term, A.D,. 1987, of said Court, Homestead Savings did
<br />obtain a Decree finding that there is due from Kevin D. Iliff and'
<br />Kristi A. Iliff to Homestead Savings the sum of Fifty Thousand
<br />Ninety Three Dollars and Thirty Two Cents ($50,093.32) and costs
<br />of suit taxed at One Hundred Forty Four Dollars and 'Forty Two
<br />Cents ($144.42), and whereas, it was then and there further
<br />ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the
<br />sum so found due by the said Kevin D. Iliff and Kristi A. Iliff,
<br />that the Sheriff of said County of Hall, or some other person
<br />authorized by the Court, should cause the lands and tenements
<br />hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law
<br />to pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein,
<br />Duane A. Burns was appointed as Master Commissioner on September
<br />15, 1987, to sell the real estate under and by virtue of the said
<br />Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, and he did on
<br />the 6 day of November 1987, in the lower lobby of the Courthouse
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being Hall County, having
<br />first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said
<br />sale by publication once in each week for four successive weeks
<br />in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in
<br />general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br />public auction to Homestead Savings, a federal savings and loan,
<br />for the sum of Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Seven
<br />Dollars and Eighty Seven Cents ($51,457.87), which sale was
<br />afterward at the January 1st Term of said Court, A.D, 1987,
<br />examined and confirmed, and the said Duane A. Burns, as such
<br />Master Commissioner, ordered to convey the said premises in fee
<br />simple to the said Homestead Savings, a federal savings and loan.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Duane A. Burns, Master
<br />Commissioner, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and
<br />by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of
<br />said Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said
<br />Homestead Savings, a federal savings and loan, the premises so as
<br />aforesaid sold, to-wit:

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />in the City of Grand
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same
<br />Savings, its successors and assigns,

<br />and to it and its use and
<br />
