<br />HHEREAS, by decree of the District Court of Hall C~)Unty, Nebraska,
<br />entered on the 15th day of September, 1987, in a cause pending in said Court
<br />wherei:n First Federal Savings and Loan Assoda'tion of I,incoln, a United States
<br />corporation, ,Plaintiff, arid Larry L. Evers, et. a!., Defendants, Appearance Docket
<br />92, Page' 198, the undersigned, the Naster Commissioner, was commanded to sell the
<br />real estate hereinafter described at public sale in the event redemption wasilot;
<br />made as provided bysaiddecrecjand,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, no redl'mption having bet;!n made the undersigned proceededtQ
<br />sell the real estate hereinafter described at public sale to the grantee herein~
<br />after namedj and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of Court on the lith day of
<br />December, 1987; and the undersigned ordered and directed to convey the real
<br />estate hereinafter described to the purchaser.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Twenty-six Thousand and
<br />No/IOO Dollars ($26,000.00) bid and paid by the grantee, the undersigned does
<br />hereby grant, sell and convey to the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States Corporation, its successors and assigns'
<br />forever, the premises as aforesaid sale, to-wit:

<br />Lot Twenty-two (22), and the West Half (Wl/2) of
<br />Lot Twenty-one (21) of "Sass Subdivision", located
<br />on part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NWl/4NEl/4) of Section 14, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.N., in Hall c.ounty,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said grantee, its successors ~nd
<br />assigns forever.
