<br />THIS DEED is made by Dorothy K. Knight, as Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of l4elvin J. Knight,' deceased,
<br />Grantor, to DOROTHY K. KNIGHT, Grantee.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Last will and Testament of MelvinJ. Knight,
<br />deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Represen-
<br />tative of said estate, and is now qualified and acting in said
<br />capacity; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, The Grantee is determined to be the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the hereinafter-described real
<br />property and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same
<br />to Grantee;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and
<br />releases to Grantee, the following described real property:
<br />
<br />An undivided one-third interest in:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section
<br />Twenty-nine (29), Township Ten (10),
<br />Range Twelve (12), Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~)
<br />of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Ten (10),
<br />Range Twelve (12), Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />An undivided one-half interest in:
<br />Lot Eight (8), and Lot Nine (9), in Block
<br />Five (5), in the First Addition to Village
<br />of Wood River. Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to life estate of Owen W. Knight.
