<br />Nebraska, as Docunent No. 80-002910 on June 23, 1980, together with the
<br />pranissory Note therein described and the IlOney to becorre due thereon with
<br />the interest provided therein.

<br />assigned by this Assignment is situated. in Wood River, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
